I keep seeing comments about Bush's guard service. I can't speak for all vets but I personally have more respect for the draftdogers who went to Canada to avoid going to Nam than I have for Kerry.

Kerry, is a traitor, lying SLANDERER and has no honor

Your comment about the Carrier landing was uncalled for......I'll be damned if I let anyone put down the President for doing the right thing in commending the sailor's aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. They deserved a Hero's Welcome Home including a visit with the President!!!
I thought the sock Bush had stuffed down his pants was a nice touch Smile

So did Andrew Sullivan. He called it Bush's " big, hard, looming package of manhood. "

Personally, that getup reminds me of those first chimps to orbit the Earth back in the early 60's with their little flight suits.

Toast and others: Please stop using the movie "Apocalypse Now" in your messages. I guess that you haven't seen a Swift boat either. THERE WERE NO SWIFT BOATS DEPICTED IN THAT MOVIE. Bone up on what you are talking about.
