He bullied Michelle Malkin, who stood up very well to him, I'd hate to have
to sit across from him, lately he gets so pissy he spits on his "guests".
Pat Buchanan may be "way right" but at least he has a heart, and courage
to stand up to Matthews scattershot antics, now if Matthews only had a brain. |
Two things: Matthews is a Democratic, speech writer and staffer for Democrats on the hill.
Matthews also wants ratings.
That's Matthews: He wants you to watch and he wants to help the Democrats. _________________ Herb |

Yeah, Pat is so far right he's damn near on the left on some things, BUT, he actually believes what he believes. He's a good advocate when he's not out on the fringe. Just don't ever mention "Neo-cons" when he's in the same room. _________________ "I am Johnny Kerry and I approved this message before I didn't approve this message and after I decided it was just another smear" |

Chrissy Matthews , O'Neill didn't claim he was in Cambodia on the senate floor in order to cut off aid to our Allies the contras who at the time was fighting for their life against a communist dictator. John Kerry did . O'Neill didn' claim while he was in Cambodia that his whole outlook on goverment was changed when he heard Nixon who was not even President tell the world there were no troops in Cambodia.John Kerry did. O'Neil didn't claim he was attacked by the Khmer Rouge a full two years before the Khmer Rouge even had an army ..John Kery did. John Kerry's spokespeople had given about 7 different versions of what happened in the last week alone .At least 6 and more likely all 7 are false. O'Neil didn't go to paris and meet with the North Vietnamese while we had troops still fighting. John Kerry did. |

You have Matthews listed as liberal and others as ultra liberal.
I think you need to change Matthews description to "sreaming lunatic ultimate liberal" |

Chris Matthews is an old anti-war protester, with a brother that served in Vietnam.
About now, Matthews is probably experiencing what they call ... cognitive dissonance ... the state of confusion that exists when your beliefs are challenged by undeniable facts. |

Cognitive Dissonance - I love it.
Watching Matthews is like watching pure Demo strategist monkey house
antics, almost, but not, on par with Cleland's Trip to Crawford, which
by the way, got little if none coverage, and now Cleland has sunk from
sight, less than a couple of days later. It's been a major Demo movie
since day one of the Demo Convention, starring "Reporting for Duty"
Kerry arriving on the tugboat in Boston Harrrborrrr. I would have to
give them one star so far with this "Farce" they've been showing across
the Main Media Theater networks. |

One point Pat Buchanan made (and seems to have gone over everybody’s head) is that John O’Neill was on the boat AFTER Kerry left Vietnam and that we did indeed invade Cambodia AFTER Kerry left Vietnam. According to Pat, we sent thousands of troops into the country AFTER Kerry left Vietnam. I am not a history major but I do seem to recall that this is the way things happened and I also trust Pat’s recollection because he was part of the Nixon White House at the time.
So, when O’Neill told Nixon (in 1971) that he was in or near Cambodia, there is a real good chance that he was telling the truth and a real good chance that he had every reason to be in or near Cambodia.
On the other hand, Kerry’s lie was almost certainly told because he wanted to make the case that America was doing something illegal (it would have been illegal for him to be in Cambodia at that particular time) and that he, John Kerry, was a hero for condemning them for it. |
