POW wives suffered too, while their husbands were suffering torture at the hands of the North Vietnamese.

Sybil Stockdale, Adm. Jim Stockdale's wife, organized the POW wives back in the early 70's, and thanks to her courage managed to get the Nixon, or maybe it was Ford, administration to put pressure on Hanoi to ameloriate conditions in the prisons.

Maybe some of her group would come forward, to say their piece on the subject -- on the impact of Kerry's 1971 testimony on the morale of their men.

Something to think about for the next ad.
