Maybe the loudmouth hosts have seen all the complaints about the way Oneill has been treated and decided to let him speak for a change.

I just watched John O'Neil's interview with Bill Mahr. John did a great job.
It seemed to me that when John made a good counterpoint as he so often does, some people wanted to respond favorably for him but kind of stopped when it seemed they weren't going to be joined in with other audience members.
Bill called John a liar and Kerry a hero for protesting the VN war.
I guess they can't tell the difference between an honest person and a habitual liar.
The audience disappointed me.

I don't get HBO but I would expect a Maher audience to be Moore-ons. _________________ "All right, they're on our left, they're on our right, they're in front of us, they're behind us...they can't get away this time."

O’Neill did an exceptional job considering he was in the middle of a hostile interview and audience. Any audience of a Bill Maher show will be liberal and far left.
Maher opened up with the comment and question that went something like, “Today Bush stated that he believed Kerry’s statements about Vietnam, so doesn’t that make you a liar?” O’Neill shot back by stating that there are over 250 SBVT and that Kerry was not in Cambodia.
The interview went downhill from there except for the fact that O’Neill kept his cool (no wonder he’s a lawyer by profession) and frustrated Maher big time because of that. Maher kept making points with his audience but couldn’t put a dent in O’Neill’s armor.
One part of the interview that got to me was Maher’s defense of Kerry for going to Paris to meet with the enemy. He kept saying what was the big deal about that?! Maher doesn’t get it, but O’Neill does.
O’Neill alone is doing more harm against Kerry than the Bush campaign can. As O’Neill is paraded out front of every liberal MSM show one can think of he sticks to his guns, never deviates from his story, and because of that he starts to convert the swing voter over to the Bush side. O’Neill deserves a medal for undergoing three weeks of hell and hostile interviews.
Keep it going O’Neill!!
Edited to add: When I stated that the interview went downhill from there, I did not intend to imply that it went downhill for O'Neill. It went downhill in the matter of content and despicable statements made by Maher. _________________ Watch Kerry Implode Because Of Truth!!

I saw on another forum that Maher, in another segment, encouraged RNC convention protesters to riot. He specifically told them to throw garbage cans through windows at Starbucks and burn down the Gap. He even said that if they didn't they were "pussies".
Is little Bill going to be unemployed again? _________________ "All right, they're on our left, they're on our right, they're in front of us, they're behind us...they can't get away this time."

I believe this falls under "fighting words," and he could be prosecuted for it (and should be, especially since good Republican people could become involved in a situation arising from his invective). |

Maher is just, "A SPECK IN THE A$$HOLE OF TIME" Don't watch the empty headed Moore-on...I have much better things to do...hy waste my time.. He died once on TV and he will die again..The shows format sucks...I'm looking for a transcript of the show, but I don't think that crappy HBO will post it...
O'Neill is the coolest guest I have ever seen,[along with the Swifties, along side him] It's really easy, when you have the TRUTH behind you...
