How about a congressional committee to investigate the congressional committe that took that outrageous testimony from a lieutenant with 4 months combat experience as if he was something other than a stuck-up Commie-sympathising Boston gasbag? Shouldn't there be a commission to investigate how they let that happen, and make some proposals to protect the American people from ever suffering an attack of that magnitude again? _________________ It's downright brilliant the way he's reserving his devastating intellect to spring it on us at exactly the right moment. |

Medals can be and have been removed. After the civil war , many MOH medals were taken back as they didn't meet the requirements. Maybe this is why all the silver star citations were re-written and embellished as the original wasn't quite up to snuff. _________________ Scout Pilot wife |

No offense, but that's absurd. Admiral Zumwalt pinned the Silver Star on Lt. Kerry before he left Vietnam. There's a photo of him wearing it after the presentation. And he signed the citation. That was plenty good enough.
And the re-writes weren't until AFTER Kerry was out of uniform. It's not like he was bucking for admiral and padding his record for the promotion board. By that time, he had already pitched the medals once. It's not like he cared about them.
No, it was resume enhancement. Or pure arrogance. If I had to choose, I'd pick the latter. _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

Does anyone think that the Navy will really investigate per the request of Judicial Watch? Although I want them to, I don't think it will happen. And, if they do investigate it won't result in any change in Kerry's record or his medals.
I'd rather see a harder push on Clinton's former staffer, Sandy Berger and his criminal act. _________________ Watch Kerry Implode Because Of Truth!!

No, I doubt that the Navy will go anywhere near this - not until after the election, anyway.
But, the Navy doesn't have to - look at how many amateur sleuths are blogging this topic. The word about all this records fakery and hiding is getting out regardless of any official action on the part of the Navy or DOD. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

Savage, makes up quite a few things....he was reporting that Kobe would not go to trial as if it was a sure thing about 3 weeks ago.
Today they picked Jurors.
Savage likely caught wind of the Article and then thought he would predict that the Navy is investigating.
This is standard trick.
If it never happens .....nobody cares.
If it happens then he will go on and on about how he said it first. People forget the wrong predictions, and remember the good ones. |

Yeah... I don't pay much attention to Savage. He's right sometimes, but he's a wing-nut and an ego-maniac.
Who wants to live in a "Savage Nation?" Not me. I don't want either clump of wing-nuts to win control of this country - right or left!
At least you gave me a better idea of why he jumped on this. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

Will this mean they would open up his records? The ones he refuses to sign the 180 for? _________________ Never Ever Give Up
