Without question, eye witness testimony -- even minutes after an incident -- is not perfect. Part of the spin coming from the MSM is that "distant memories" and the "fog of war" make the accuracy of many of the SBVT charges inconclusive.
However, there are a number of facts that do not appear to be in dispute or have not been challenged. IMHO, these facts should be a point of our focus. Here is my list. I do not think it is all inclusive. Feel free to add any that I have missed. I am not listing sources on these at this point (though I think that would be an important addition):
- John Kerry's testimony in 1971 before congress
- John Kerry confessed to committing atrocities
- John Kerry's statements and testimony were used by the North Vietnamese against American POWs during interrogation and on loud speakers
- John Kerry has an unauthorized "V" on his Silver Star
- John Kerry was not five miles inside of Cambodia after claiming he was over a period of 30 years
- There is not one document or witness other than John Kerry ever placing him in Cambodia
- John Kerry has changed his story regarding the Rassman incident on multiple occasions
- John Kerry met with representatives of of North Vietnam while still a commissioned officer
- John Kerry has not signed form 180 that will permit the release of all documents and medical records
- No after action report that documents the required element of hostile fire for the 1st PH has been produced
For a large segment of the American people -- including many who currently say they support Kerry -- if they knew the above were undisputed facts, they would not be able to continue their support.

These facts should be hammered as relentlessly as the Kerry campaign and surrogates hammering their lies with the press. |

Would this include memories of spending Christmas Eve in Cambodia "seared, seared into his memory?"  
The evidence of kerry's falsehoods and glory grabbing are firm and mounting. It's his own words hurting him, everyday.

I think more importantly, Jim Rassman has changed his story regarding the Rassman incident on multiple occasions.

7a - See: Tour of Duty. Kerrys 'searing thigh wound'
7b. - See: Rassmann being 'blown' into the water from the mine.
7c. - See: The bogus damage report on Kerrys boat which was actually the #3 boat.
7d. - See: No cacualties from "5000 meters of heavy enemy fire"
7e. - See: No damage to the other boats from same fire.
7f. - See: Wouldnt the entire 'floatilla' be dead from that much firepower directed at them at 75 yards????????????????????

11. Kerrys testimony before Congress references the Winter Soldier Investigation - long known and proven to be a total fraud and set up.
12. Kerry is in the Commie Hall of Fame in Ho Chi Minn City.
