The Democrats think they have a winning strategy...or "strategery" as a well known person likes to quip. The plan is to make being Pro Bush and Pro SBVFT at the same time a badge of dishonor. This is a perversion of political correctness created by perverse minds, hatched out in the Democrat incubator.
I am focused on bringing kerry down. But the fact that the Dems. tried to kill the book at the publisher, kill the advertisements by intimidating the broadcasters, intimidate the book stores and silence the Swiftees and their supporters cannot go unchallenged.
This conclusively proves the depravity of kerry and his handlers and that should be made an issue. I love how the left decries the Patriot Act as an instrument to subborn civil rights. Quite the contrary, the left would strip away our rights and turn us into second class citizens. The way they and some MSM have once again trashed the honor of Swiftees is perverse beyond description.

They're going well beyond painting it a badge of dishonor. They are tieing both together, in the court of public opinion, to make it appear the Swift vets are doing illegal electioneering, on Bush's behalf.
They know none of it would hold up in a court of law, but the votes come from the court of public opinion. Kerry pundits have even gone so far as to now claim his 1971 testimony was "brave and honorable" because he spoke the truth. Convince the public once again how demented and depraved Vietnam vets are, except for the ones who support Kerry.
If you remember, they even tried to spin an innocent local flier from a Bush campaign headquarters in Central Florida featuring the Swift vets into a major connection. Never mind it's bogus, it's the appearance they give the voting public that counts to them. It's dirty tricks, but it's worked several times for them.
With the help of the leftstream media they have, we end up watching our backs closely while his camp does whatever they please.
It isn't fair or right, but it's what we're stuck with.

It makes sense that communist Vietnamese would find his 1971 speech "brave and honorable"...but I guess no American Democrats lost any family in VN otherwise how could they side with kerry?

We are dealing with masters of mesmerism. What they call positics, is really mesmeratics.
I believe the heigth of all deception took place April 22, 1971 - the biggest staged event that proved detrimental to millions of lives.

Sadly, 4more, I would guess that many fell victim to the claim that many more when have been lost had the Kerry's and Hanoi Janes not protested and stopped it, when they did. Never mind it was all but over after Tet of 68.
When I discussed this with one anti-war poster elsewhere and mentioned the claims of General Vo Ngyuen Giap being ready to negotiate a surrender, the reply I got was, "well, that's but one mans opinion."
How easily the American public has been and continues to be deceived.
