I recently read on another board that, unlike the goliath anti-Bush 527's, Swiftees are not incorporated. Just trying to confirm if this is true, so I can add this line to a letter to the editor:
"Not only have the 254 Swiftboat Vets put their past military service, reputations and families on the line, they have also risked every cent they own to have their voice be heard. Hardly the actions of partisan pawns or men who are unwilling to stand behind thier sworn affidavits." |

I remember reading that somewhere, and that they deliberately left themselves wide open to lawsuits. That's what gave me hope that they have a lot more "evidence" than we think. |

Another reason that SBVT is not incorporated is so that they can continue to advertise right up to Nov 2. The 527 that are incorporated cannot advertise after Sept 2. |

I am relatively sure that SBVT also cannot use corporate money after that date for advertisements. That is why it is important for individuals to contribute to the cause. _________________ Doc Ford
