Since J. Kerry was an OIC and supposedly was under so much enemy fire did he ever put his men in for any decorations? I'm a Viet Nam Vet USN, surface ships-gun line 68,69,70. I joined the naval reserves USNR in 1971 and spent 25 years under SPECWARGRU2 in COSRIVRON 2 and SPECBOATUNIT 24.
