Yea!!! We are making a big ad buy to run ad #2 in the coming weeks. The news is on the crawler at FoxNews. Bill Schneider (CNN) a veteran political poll analyst says that Bush is pulling ahead in several Battleground States and is even with Kerry in Iowa.

We are doing the job. Let's keep those donations coming and show the MSM what a group of little people can do with a little coverage and the internet.

I'm going to make another donation right now. I am so very, very excited about the good work we are doing. Thanks to everyone.

I'll put another penny in the poor box here. I'd like to see #3 coming out as well (short ads get better rates, after all), and I'm dying to see what #4.

Not yet. I hope they are playing the battleground states. Last night I heard they were doing $2 million but I cannot confirm that. Hope people keep making those donations. We are really getting our money's worth out of our efforts.

Great to hear it. Ad #2 is the strongest of the bunch, IMO, and is the one that's the most difficult for the media and Kerry to attack since it's composed of Kerry's own words and the reaction of vets to them in their own words.

Keep hammering away. The message is getting out.

It doesn't much matter what States the ad runs in if FOX picks it up. Some of the other cable channels will be forced to do the same even if it's to ridicule it.

Ratings still matter.

It will get National attention once it comes out.

I hate to disagree but it does matter - as much as I like Fox News they have a fraction of the audience that the major networks have. All other cable networks are the same.

A targeted buy, during a busy TV watching time, on network TV, in a key state, is very important.

Having said that, every little bit (cable) helps.

CC Webb, your point is well taken, but the first ad had little effect until it got play nationally. Then O'neill and others started getting invites to talk all over the country. The same thing is likely to happen again. The shift in the polls has come not only in battleground States but has actually created more battleground States that were previously leaning to Kerry.

A million dollars worth of ads will quickly blow over in a National media. The discussion that follows will keep it alive and do the most to expose Kerry. We have momentum. Kerry's in hiding and the sad refrain from the liberals that everybody's picking on them, is not going to do anything but make them look weak. Things are looking up.

Just saw the Swift Boat Ad (POW version) on CNN, FOX and MSNBC!
First time I've seen them (except for clips on news shows).
All within the past 20 minutes (between 9:30am and 10:00am).
I'm in New York State (hardly a swing state).
Hopefully traffic to the site (and donations) will surge.
