Wing, I registered these immediately after seeing advertising for "kerryhealthplan.com." The cost was $9 each.
I can see how they might not register the "heath" spelling variation, but how could they not register with the full name, given that they are using the full name on his other web sites.
Oh well, if he isn't smart enough to register his web variations, he probably isn't smart enough to run the country!

Found out about Go Daddy a couple of months ago, and have been switching my business web sites to them. They only cost $9 for a year, or less.
