Kerry is a coward plain and simple. The Swiftees are out there on their own all the time, and all he can do is send his talking heads out with their talking points to debate them. I am from the old school if some one challenges you or your honor you stand up and defend it you don't send your buddies or Mom or Dad out to do it for you. Oh I guess I forgot Kerry has no honor so go ahead and hide behind all the skirts girlie man

Sorry for the rant, Kerry makes me sick. How in the hell did our country get to the point of nominating this traitor? It astounds me

Although I have the greatest disdain for Kerry and he has no honor, he isn't a coward either. Kerry did face the Viet Cong and did lead men into battle. I just wish he hadn't been such a snake-in-the-grass about doing it. Kerry was out for Kerry, pure and simple. He couldn't be trusted and he wanted out and did everything he needed to leave.
He further dishonored his service by attacking his fellow service men and veterans with fabrication of war crimes and atrocities. For this he shall never be forgiven.

His refusal to address the Swifts and insisting that they are a Bush front group is indeed, cowardly.

He doesn't speak to the Swifts except through bizarre phone calls - he hasn't addressed a single ONE of their points in public. He allows his surrogates to try to handle them. Pretty cowardly.

He has tried to threaten television stations to keep them from airing the ads. He has likewise pressured the publishers and booksellers. Coward.

A courageous person would be answering these charges - he would be meeting John O'Neill in debate once again instead of sending surrogates and asking the President to "call off" the Swifts. (As if that were possible, much less legal or ethical. I notice that he never once called for any of the other 527's that have been LYING about the President for three years. It's only this ONE little 527 that's telling the TRUTH that concerns him. Rolling Eyes

)

Duck, evade, deny, avoid...

Whatever he may have seen in Vietnam, his behavior TODAY is full of cowardice.

His goose is cooked if we step up the attack. He is too much of a coward to face O'Neill in the open and sooner or later people will ask why, They are starting to now. In the mean time he keeps ducking the press at a time that he should be out in the press giving interviews to everybody and there brother. This can only hurt him, I think the only vote he will end up with is the 40% of people that would vote for a cardboard cutout as long as it was a democrat and not Bush. All he had was Nam to run on he has no record in the senate, And what little he has in the senate is all bad just like his record in Nam
