This would open up his diaries and records for inspection because these records prove that he knew his allegations against the SBVT were false when he made the statements.

SBVT should sue him. He IS slandering them since they are telling the truth and he's slandered them so much for doing it. They'd win that suit too! I hope they do, that would be a perfect way to force open those records that he's refused tyo let America see. That's the ultimate of arrogance that the same records of President Bush's, have been released for over two years now for all Americans to see whenever they want, but not mr. kerry. Nope. He doesn't NEED to show America all his records to be President, because he's a super spoiled elitest forbes brat snotwad who doesn't have to explain himself or what he has done in the past.

I have saved a few more $$ for legal cost, in the event of this, or if Kerry sue's the Swiftvets. Would not that allow the Swiftvets to get at all the records, without Kerry signing the 180?

You just need to file for a Temporary Restraining Order/Preliminary Injunction to prevent Kerry from further slandering the SBVT, and you can get access to the records immediately (or very quickly)!

Kerry would be damned if he does produce the records, and damned if he doesn't by stonewalling the legal process by withholding the records. His campaign would be hard-pressed to "spin" the fact that he is refusing to produce the records in litigation when they falsely claim to have already produced everything on their website.

Find a solid judge and file the papers. It's a win-win however it goes.
