I am quite sure I know where Kerry wants to lead this country given his record. You can check out his plan in the local library. The book is called "Das Kapital" _________________ -Polaris

I find it a sure sign of desperation because he decided to do this speach just recently. The word that keeps coming to mind is " loser". But I will find a better one by the end of my thesis.
The president waited for the Dems convention to be over before going after Kerry. And I thought it was professional courtesy to return the favor. But Kerry started after the first night. He has been on it ever since he fell on the windsurf board.
But then to suddenly plan a speech in the wee-hours of the night ( her in MN anyway) right after the opposition is ending its convention, and then in that speach just ramble along with no clue and a couple little shots that a second grader could have come up with. It's actually....I GOT IT the word is SOPHMORIC!. You do this crap when you can't get your way in school so you do adolecent things to get attention. My new word for Kerry's campaign......SOPHMORIC |

You guys think you have it bad listening to him, I'm stuck here in Ohio, where he is going to be parading around here with three different stops in the coming days, and the local news media is for sure going to be at his feet, praising every step he takes. 20,000 people showed up to Bush's speech here in Columbus on Wednesday though, so that was encouraging. I am just bewildered that he was in Springfield at Midnight, on a school night none the less. |

I must say that I am so sad that Americans are so ignorant of Kerry’s really awful background and stand on many critical issues to the US national security.
Given Kerry’s background and stand, there is no any chance for Kerry to win. Well, only if we assume majority of American people are rational. However, if we believe all these polls are a true representation of where Americans stand on the two candidates, the SVFT still has a lot of duty ahead.
We must continue to reveal the real John Kerry: a liar and a traitor, who will say and do anything to get his ambition. He has shown such a malicious attitude in the past and he will show it again—in fact he is living with those characters. _________________ All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. |

What's really interesting is tonights speech ( there I finally spelled that word right the first time). What he did this evening is the antithesis of what we are all saying about him. He is like clockwork. Every single thing we have posted about his pathology, his egocenstrism, his narssasistic values are all on display bringing this little speech ( hey twice now I got it right) up tonight. It's all about him and what he wants no matter how silly he makes himself or those around him look. And tonight they all looked like tired idiots. |

Sophomoric is good, but I prefer pathetic.
I'm actually startin' to feel kinda sorry for this sorry guy. NOT!!
Maybe that's his new think tank's strategy - he lulls us into thinking he's completely lost his mind and has no chance.
Then the swiftees let up, and Bush supporters get complacent and don't vote.
Yeah! That's the brilliant new strategy Joe Lockhart, Kerry and John-Boy devised in some bar room earlier today. Then after too many martinis, they got all gung ho and decided to unveil it tonight at midnight after Bush brought the house down in Madison Square Garden!
Yeah, that's the ticket! |

I flipped around and caught a lot of Kerry's speech. This was the most un-Presidential effort I have ever seen. Disorganized, unprepared, chaotic, and rambling, plus full of urban myths on the level of Bush had breakfast with Bin Laden's brother and knew about the attacks ahead of time. Are you sure he deliberately beached his boat in Vietnam or once and a while would he accidentally run aground so he would start shooting into the jungle and declare victory? And two tours in 'nam? I bet I spent more time floating around on YP boats at the Naval Academy. I have never personally been in combat but at least I am honest about what is and what isn't. (Apologies to my ex-roommate Wayne, I know you liked the YP boats.) _________________ fighting steel |

Kerry's midnight run was a total flop. FOX stayed with it for about 5 minutes, apparently realized it was the same old stump speech crapola, and went back to their talking heads about Bush's speech...which was appropriate. This was his night. Leave it to the Johns to break with tradition.
What I saw came across as lame, stupid, petty and without substance. In short, a mirror of the man himself.
I hope the Swifties just keep hammering this guy.

Sophomoric is good and definitely applicable!!
but don't forget "unfit" !!!
From my notes, he used it 8 times in one paragraph!! Course, it wasn't about himself ... he's "slinging" it in his "fighting" way towards Bush/Cheney. But one can see that that word has been searing into his weary brain (I don't even know if Bush/Cheney used "unfit"? ..maybe Zell did ? -- one thing for sure, it has made him "fighting mad" )
THANK YOU SBVFT!! |

What is amazing, given how badly executed this combined effort of Kerry and Edwards was, it that this was billed as a major speech in response to the President's address to the convention and was going to be a heavyweight counterpunch. _________________ fighting steel |

Hey, that was a heavyweight counterpunch. That's all he's got. It could get real ugly for the Kerry campaign now, I think the gloves are coming off on the Bush side. They want to knock this guy out of the race as bad as we do (well, maybe not quite that much)

My gosh...I just read in Kerry's speech that he said something to the effect that he served and Cheney did not and will not have his commitment to serve questioned........my gosh this guy does not know when to stop. Then he never tries to defend his senate record which Zell ripped to shreds last night...just brings up Nam again.
He is in so far...but this is a tactic that has gotten him elected in his senate races and he is sticking to it....even if he just continues to go down the tubes. All the democrats must be throwing their hands up saying " okay okay you were in Nam and they weren't....now moveon." |

Maybe Moveon.org will send Kerry an email and tell him to take a closer look at the name of their organization. |
