Even the Bush Administration was stirred by John Kerry's decision to begin his acceptance speech at the Democratic Convention by saying he was "reporting for duty"... so they're sending him to Najaf.

What would Kerry do in Najaf, anyway? Run beer and cokes to Al Sadr's terrorists in the mosque? Go on al-Jezerra television to denounce America?

Please! "Reporting for duty." What a nerd! When I saw him do that I actually choked on the diet coke I was sipping and it came out my nose. Very unattractive, I realize...but I was choking and laughing and trying to swallow at the same time. He is like some pathetic wanna-be, hanging around the "O" Club trying to ingratiate himself with the "cool people."

And for pete's sake, he needs to work on the salute if he is going to keep hanging around, saluting and reporting.
