Clinton is the only person that I think is worse than John Kerry. I will just stick to the facts with Clinton and not go off the deep end.

Clinton turned down custody of bin Laden three times.

Clinton had his administration create the wall separating law enforcement agencies (ala Jamie Gorelick) prevent inter-agency sharing of information. This was done to hinder the investigation into Clinton's illegal contributions from Korea and China. This wall hindered the investigation into several terror suspects prior to 9/11.

Clinton cut this countries military strength and his military policies not only made us look weak, they bolstered Al Qaeda standings in the world.

I don't want you to think I liked what Bill Clinton did. But he's going to have his ribs spread out and air-drying soon. You can believe he's the devil if you want, but I know he's just a guy. Just like you and I who puts his pants on one leg at a time.

I'm going to cut him some slack while he's down and out. Remember how the liberals acted after Ronald Reagan died. It was shameful. I, for one, am not going to be so hurtful. After all, serving as POTUS technically makes him a vet. He was CIC by vote of the greater portion of the nation and I respect that. If the commies of the world had rolled up gunboats on our shores, I'm confident he would have taken action.

Funny thing about seeing the President in real life. He looks alot like a regular guy. Because they are. Saddled with the responsibility of maintaining the promise of freedom, they seem a little large at times. But the truth is.....they're just human beings like you and I. I'm cutting Bill Clinton a break here. I'm just not going to knock him down.

No folks.....there were NO BOOOS....I'm from Milwaukee, and EVERYONE I spoke to, including my dear old mother in law who was THERE....said there were no boos. WTMJ radio reported on the 1st AP wire report, and the second report retracting the first hit the wire not 10 minutes after the first after hundreds of email complaints apparently started rolling in.

News apparently traveled THAT fast! Smile

Someone over there should be on the carpet for that. Scott Walker, the county Exec here in Milwaukee, said there was an audible "gasp" when Bush mentioned the hospitilization, as if the gathering was stunned, but then applause set in as they were appreciative of Bush and showing support of the former President and 1st Lady and truly hoping everything worked out.

The reporter truly has no ethics IMHO.

I also watched the live feed on FOX. There were no boos, period. President Bush would not have stood for it. The AP has completely crossed the line...again. The journalists writing this should be fired.

I heard the live feed also. My first concern was that people might boo. I was proud that they did not. If they would have i"m sure Bush would have said something like "don't vote for me if you boo another human beings bad health, I don't need supporters like that".

I saw the report on Fox and CNN and you could hear the applause from the Bush crowd. Interestingly, on CBS News with Dan Rather they cut the video and audio just BEFORE the applause starts. It wouldn't surprise me if Rather had the cut done that way to help promote the AP LIES!
