I'm sure most of you know this, but I just want to reiterate what's going to happen. Kerry's back is against the wall now, and this is coming to a head. It's time knuckle up, and be ready. Stand your ground with the FACTS. It's going to be a full court press from here on out. |

You are absolutely 100% correct.
You need to be like the old Vince Lombardi teams....they knew how to put the other guy away. The Killer instinct. But, there is alot of time between now and Nov. You can't play all your trump too soon. You have to realize that kerry is a lifelong politician. It is the time to sink him in his own words. Don't give him any quarter.

Too much going on lately. And to think we have 2 more months to go! What more can come out? It will be interesting to see.
Love this site! Always come here for more FACTS! Thank you!
BTW, don't know about the Badgers, because I don't follow them. But it's hard to be a Chicago Bears fan in Packerland! That's where I'm at. I relate to Papa George Halas and the Old Decatur Staleys myself. Kick some butt like BUTKUS! _________________ If you're ridin' ahead of the herd, take a look back every now and then to

Im always hearing "we need to keep it up'" or "we need to put more pressure on" but what doesnt make sense to me is, its the swift boat vets that are doing this, not us. People talk as if its us that are part of it when really we are just fans and supporters of them. _________________ Dragoro's Realm

Big Ten champs? Maybe. Such a tough conference though. Rose Bowl would be the prize. As for the Bears? I better not go there, I grew up in Wi. and hated them. But hey, they might not finish last this year |

Dragoro, you can help keep it up. TALK to people. Direct them to the website. Refer to the book. Challenge the line and go with the facts.
Above all, conduct yourself as the founders do; maintain honesty, integrity, and a firm resolve that the facts will tell.
If you don't think your posts and support do not help "keep it up" simply browse the forums and see where there are countless people expressing their opinion not just in this forum, but with their local media outlets and even those they meet on the street. _________________ Why ask? I understand that you're saying in a technical sense.
However, I still respectfully and cheerfully disagree

The Withering attacks against the Integrity and Honesty of the Swift Boat Vets themselves has to be a heavy burden. I doubt any one of those men wished to be under this much attention and scrutiny. WE as their supporters MUST remain firm in our support that we give them. This is what we can primarily do for them.
Yes write letters, e-mails, keep their message out there, but most of all stand behind these men as they take the full brunt of the left!! They will need our support more over the next couple months!!

We already see the contours of what is to come. The Establishment press will try to do the candidate's dirty work. Exhibit 1: 60 Minutes will rehash the discredited AWOL charges against the president. The Soros 527s (thank you, guys, for allowing us to do what we needed to do with 1 percent of the money you have) will spend, spend, spend and lie, lie, lie. Kerry will pose as victim and threaten anyone who dares criticize his "patriotism" or tax policy or anything else.
So where have many of us seen these tactics? Use of official press outlets to demonize the opposition? "Citizens groups" that attack anyone in their way? Great Leaders who silence any criticism?
Some saw it in Central America. The true heroes here saw it in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
Kerry is going back to his Marxist roots. Mind you, like most American socialists, he himself is wealthy but it doesn't count because he is so much better than we.
So what will we see for the next 60 days? Let me suggest it will be remarkably like the election in Nicaragua where Violetta Chamorro destroyed Daniel Ortega--who used Sandinista thugs, government communications, and blatant threats only to lose. Truth--as in the goal of this group--is more powerful than any other weapon.
Ortega was Kerry's idol in the 1980s. Perhaps Senator Foghorn Leghorn should recall what happened to his man. Then again, given Kerry's psychotic episode the other night, he may remember vividly.

Kerry will keep shooting himself in the backside as long as the Swifties keep it up. I don't think they have any intentions of letting up. _________________ Viet Nam vet and PROUD! |

The Swiftees and other groups haven't even gotten into Kerry's post Vietnam activities in a big way which are irrefutable. Only the Swiftees could comment on Kerry's actions in Vietnam. Any number of groups will be able to run ads authoritatively obout his anti-war, enemy sympathizing activities. This will give even more credibility to the Swiftees.
I would love to see John O'Neill challenge Kerry to another debate. That would get media attention and keep Kerry on the defensive. He probably would not accept making him look even more like he has plenty to hide. |

Maybe it makes more sense to say "we" when you consider what "we're" doing?
We're writing letters to the editor of our local papers supporting the Swifts message.
We're emailing the talking heads with a few facts to counter the BS.
We're emailing friends and family with links to the latest ad or press release from Swifts.
We're contributing to the fund.
We're debunking the Kerry Talking Points as they come along.
We are indeed entitled to say "we" when we're spending energy, time and money getting the Swifts message out.
And every single one of you is important and appreciated for whatever you can do. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

I guess that makes sense. It just always bothered me that people were saying "we" when talking about what the swift vets were doing. I makes more sense now that youve brought up letters to the ed and what have you. I just never really considered that would help the swift vets all that much. I write emails to all kinds of newspaper columnists, not for swift vets but because of my own beliefs and convictions. Sure, some of them have been about them smearing the swift vets and lying about them, but I always figured that was more in work for the truth, then in work for the swift vets. As you can see in one of my articles at www.dragorosrealm.com Im a big fan of the swift vets, but I consider my work as working to get Bush elected and keeping Kerry out of office. The fact that the swift vets and me are working towards the same goal (keeping Kerry out of office) is an added bonus. _________________ Dragoro's Realm

Living in Massachusetts I have seen what Kerry will do when he feels backed into a cornor. I have heard his Vietnam story every time he has run for office. No one wares it on their sleeve more than Kerry does and the sad part is he belives what he is saying. He will go after anyone he feels is standing in his way to the White House or questions his Vietnam Record like SBVT are doing, as well as those who support them.
Things are going to get dirty over the next 58 days.
