Kerry just pointed out that the US has paid 90% of the cost of the war on terrorism. I believe Russia might take issue with that right now. Approximately 150,000 Russian citizens now have marched in Moscow demanding action. Kerry just added that it's time to lead America in a new direction but I think Russia might join us now, constituting a new direction.

He's hitting on the "outsourced jobs" and "affordable healthcare".

I wonder how much money was paid last year to lawyers suing doctors and hospitals? Can we put a figure on that?

As usual, he will be given a pass on his lies. He says he would have given the troops the body armor they needed. His vote against it proves different. Yet Dan Rather will be defending him to the max as he did last night.

I have to admit I didn't see his little speech, but what I've heard out of him so far (which isn't much) tells me that he has no real plan... just a lot of babble to make people think he's going to do 'something big'... The guys one big sick joke.

And the voting down of the $87 billion, there's a kicker. My sister's fiance was talking to me about that on Labor Day. How the guys on the front line had their flack jackets and plates, but many troops didn't, and that $87 billion would've given all of them the armor they needed. He told me about the troops that were doing patrols of potentially hostile areas with no body armor.. I think those troops need to tell Mr. Kerry exactly what they've had to deal with because of his for/against/for/against decisions. He screwed the Vets over once, I think that's more than enough.
