So....CBS sends out an email alerting it's news outlets about the important "national guard" story airing last night....our talk show host (love that guy) shoots back with an email asking if they will be covering the press conference today with Bob Dole and the Stolen Honor veterans regarding their soon to be released Documentary.

CBS shot back with an email in which they basically said (in the talk show host words'), "Geez, no, nobody was even planning on showing up there...."

Dan Rather is the Head "news" editor, so you can expect nothing more. I never watch his news show. Total Barbra Streisand.

They didn't happen to mention that Barnes is a Kerry campaign guy and life-long Democrat, did they?
