Looks like the Dems will have to look for a new Minority whip..
Daschle is very weak, in new polls he is trailing John Thune. Maybe he will finally be ousted..
He blocked Tort Reform in the Senate.
He is a coveted enemy of the Second Amandment also:
"Earlier this year, Daschle supported Senator Feinstein's gun-control amendments to the gun-manufacturer liability bill, which then died. In his last competitive Senate race, Daschle said "no representative from our state has ever supported restrictive Federal gun control laws written in Washington and there is a very good reason why. What makes sense in New York is crazy in South Dakota." In 1990, Daschle said "I am against gun control, period."

Man, if I could see Daschle and Pelosi and Boxer and Brown all deposed, I'd be a pretty happy camper!

Cracking Pelosi would be virtually impossible before a redistricting (SF base) but Daschle might be booted this November. And Boxer - Idon't think she is up for reelection this November but if Arnie leaves his marks on CA as governor, I might figure he could challenge the more far-lefty CA Senator sometime in the future

Boxer is up this year and hard to beat, unfortunately. Feinstein not up. I think Daschle getting beat would be great.

My fantasy is less ambitious--I'd be a happy, happy woman just to get rid of Daschle and Pelosi (Is she scary or WHAT?)--Will have to wait on her, though--
In his case, it couldn't happen to a more deserving guy--Since I can't vote in SD, I will pray.......really really hard....... for the citizenry of the Great State of South Dakota that he goes down in flames--That would be very sweet indeed--C
