Not to mention Barnes sworn testimony that he did not have any request from the Bush family to help GWB.
Liar, one way or the other... but he has a pedigree for lying about this in Texas. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."

The possibility that the same story could conceivably contribute to bringing down both John Kerry and Dan Rather leaves me positively giddy--
I've been looking at the documents online and reading what the experts are saying and it really looks like they're forgeries--If that's proved to be the case, Rather's credibility will be in the toilet with just about everyone because the Libs will be furious that this travesty (though they won't see it as a travesty, of course) will have proved that their boy and his supporters are guilty of manufacturing false evidence against the President--
Coming so soon after.......and obviously in response to.......the Swiftees' ads, which were positively riddled with the truth, that might well be the death knell for the Kerry campaign--

Interesting, but I can't go with this one yet. Anyone can call a radio show and pretend. Lot's of nuts out there. |

Have you seen the comments from the document experts indicating that the documents that were shown on 60 Minutes II were most likely fakes?--C _________________ “I haven’t seen anyone milk this much out of a bad boat ride since Gilligan” -- Dennis Miller |

The radio interview sounds kind of fake. why would the daughter betray her dad to a conservative radio show? _________________ John Kerry, R.I.P. (Rot In Paris) |

She is on opposite ends of the political spectrum as her dad. She makes no qualms about it. Unlike 60 Minutes, I am pretty sure she was vetted first. _________________ U.S. Army 1983-1995, 11C1P/11H2P NBTDT |

Yes, I see the proof on the documents. The phone call is much different. |

I didn't hear the radio program, but I did read the transcript and frankly I'm pretty much unimpressed either way--She didn't say anything new--Her father swore up and down in '99 that he had in no way been involved in getting W into the National Guard--That being said, however, I haven't heard any reports that Barnes' daughter has come out denying that it was her as yet and I'd kinda think that she probably would have by now had it not been her--
If the story is fraudulent, it's the documents that'll hang them out to dry--That's the story that I'm watching--C _________________ “I haven’t seen anyone milk this much out of a bad boat ride since Gilligan” -- Dennis Miller |

The Radio show is the Mark Davis Show on 820 AM WBAP Dallas Ft Worth. I didn't hear it either but heard Sean Hannity reference it. Mark Davis is conservative and been on 820 about 10 years or so. He's not going to rush to air without checking out the story.
His show is from 9 to 11:45 am _________________ What about John Kerry's four months in Vietnam qualify him to be president?
Al Gore was there for five. |
