After watching Britt Hume about the documents regarding Bush's Guard service I had a bright idea. These documents are now under investigation as being bogus. There are things in the printing that lead experts to believe that they were doctored. If this is the case, as a voter and citizen can I sue CBS for deceiving me into believing Bush was lying and therefore change my vote?
I think a nice class action suit for would be appropriate. Are there any lawyers out there who could advise me about this. I am furious that CBS jumped on these papers and would love to teach them a lesson.
Thanks. |

I am not an attorney, but I think the only person with standing to sue would George W. Bush, since he was the one who was slandered. As for CBS, just watch their ratings continue to drop. Maybe some shareholders will begin to catch on that there is something wrong at the top. |

If these documents are false, and this man, who is a Kerry supporter and vice-chair was involved..I do not know..but I smell election fraud..big time serious..This has Carville's name all over it.
According to CBS, they are sticking by the story..well, I predict Dan retires sooner Rather than later...

I would think that Killian's widow could sue. |
