This is at the heart of why one seems to see John McCain as straddling the fence. He was Kerry's fellow representative whilst this contract was negotiated.

The article relates the bogus way Kerry (and McCain) 'served' with the MIA/POW senate inquiry in such a way so as to end the controversy quickly and normalize relations with Vietnam and open up that country for his family member's benefit. Seems to tie in closely.

Incredible. Even if JK never signs that 180 this information can be corroborated through the public record. This is the smoking gun.
