Had it not been for John Kerry, Douglas Brinkley would not have written a book full of inaccuracies.

Had it not been for John Kerry, Latch (Roy Hoffman) would not have been rightfully offended when he read that semi-fictional account.

Had it not been for John Kerry, Roy Hoffman would not have gotten the Swift Vets together.

Had it not been for John Kerry, attention would not have been drawn to the Swift Vets.

Had it not been for John Kerry, the light of truth would have been shined on this part of history.

Had it not been for John Kerry, I might not have been able to know the truth about the Swift Vets.

Had it not been for John Kerry, I would not have read Unfit for Command and learned of the wonderful stories of all of the Swift Vets.

Had it not been for John Kerry, I would not have had the privilege to share this forum with all of you.

Had it not for John Kerry, a very significant part of Vietnam history would have gone by without the rightful attention it deserves.

Had it not been for John Kerry, I might have not appreciated my brother-in-law as much as I do now.

Thank you, John Kerry! Smile

Had it not been for John Kerry,
I would have not believed a man still enlisted in the Navy Reserves could
meet, not once, but twice with the enemy, the Viet Cong in Paris, while
our soldiers were still losing their lives and POWs were being tortured...
and still run for President as the nominee of the Democratic Party

Give false testimony, which is a nice way of saying, knowingly lied at a
Senate hearing as a major representative of a group that advocated shooting your CO in the back while serving in Vietnam.........
and still run for President as the nominee of the Democratic Party

Write a book about it, The Last Soldier, make a documentary, The Winter
Soldier.......

Call the men who served with him in Vietnam liars when they attempted to question his actions in Vietnam.........

Ban their book
sue Television stations if they ran their ads
hide from reporters

Thank you John Kerry for exposing how low a party has sunk when they
picked you as their nominee
Thank you John Kerry for writing all your books, making your films,
gving your speeches. You are the main source of helping to prove your claims are false, after thirty plus years you have contradicted yourself so many time thatl you no longer can remember which lie or story you told before.

I forgot......

Thanks to John Kerry,
I see a man can become a Senator of the United States for over twenty
years with the above qualifications...........

Thank-you John Kerry for finally bringing a TRUE.......Band of Brothers together, letting our voices be heard, something which we should have done 35+ years ago, but as individuals we never would have been heard.

Thank-you John Kerry for finally allowing us Vietnam Vets to come Home, with fire in our hearts, exposing YOU, for what you are....

drjohn, my feeling too. It's almost spiritual here.

I'm hearing right now on Fox the Dems complaining that
Bush did not condemn "these demonstrably false attacks"
( read SBVT ) on Senator Kerry.

There is honor in the fight for truth.
Those who fight with deceit have no honor.
When the truth is finally told, the man who falsely
claimed the honor of a war hero will have no honor.

I am very proud of SBVT, and proud to support this cause.

Let me also register a belated Happy Birthday to your Dad.
