I was wondering if anyone can help me with some of the records on Kerry's website. One is about his DD214N with his "V"awards.

My question is when was this form done and I noticed that the person who wrote it up was a T. VanStrydonck the very same man mentioned in another file on the same website in the Recommendations for next.

In the #3. it mentions this Thomas Van Strydonck back in 24 Nov 1969.
Was Kerry's DD214 written up by his relief?

Then I found another form from this T VanStrydonck. Looks like he wrote up the Release from Duty Report. www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/Release_From_Active_Duty.pdf

Does any of this mean anything?

It looks like VanStrydonck was the Personnel Officer when Kerry requested early seperation and the Amiral promoted VanStrydonck to Kerry's position leaving the Personnel Officer billit tempararly empty. Since VanStrydonck was the Personnel Officer he would have been the one to sign Kerry's DD214 and other personnel docs. I hope this helps.

A little off topic but did not O'Neal accuse Kerry of wanting to run for Congress when the debated on the Dick Cavet show and Kerry denied it? Was the show before or after Kerry left Active duty? If it was after don't we have Kerry in a lie? Add one more to the list maybe.
