Donīt know if this has been posted but the after-action report can be found here

It clearly shows that Kerry shot a wounded man/boy in that back while he was running away.

Hardly justifies a SS in my opinion.

Thanks for the link. The situation, including any threat, certainly doesn't indicate anyone should have received a silver star or any other medals(including the ones Kerry's crew received.) Someone needs to find the medal recommendations for Kerry's crew to see if they conflict with the after action report.
