Here is a pattern of 11 events from 1969 to 2004 which form a specific pattern about John Kerry the VVAW executive committee leader, the Senator, and his collaboration with our nation's enemies.
1) Kerry was one of 5 leaders on VVAW's Executive Committee. He was appointed to that position in June 1970 by Al Hubbard, a key VVAW leader and a vehement communist organizer.
A proclamation taken from a VVAW publication states: “We continue to maintain regular communications with our Indochinese comrades in North and South Vietnam and in Cambodia” and “We have strengthened our ties with representatives of the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea.”
Several close advisors for Kerry's VVAW committee such as Ramsey Clark (who is currently working with the Communist World Workers Party to oppose the war on terrorism) openly supported the Communist Vietnamese victory and worked closely with Kerry and VVAW as legal advisor specifically for Operation Dewey Canyon III.
Jane Fonda and VVAW.... do I really need to illustrate this link and how she specifically aided the enemy?
2) In 1969 While Lt. Kerry was still on Navy Active Duty in New York, Kerry 's sister Peggy Kerry was working in the New York office of a Vietnam War protest group that was planning a "moratorium" peace rally.
Press reports from the time say that Kerry marched in the October 1969 Moratorium protests - a mass demonstration by a quarter-million people that had been orchestrated the previous summer by North Vietnamese officials and American antiwar leaders in Cuba. Poor judgement?
3) In May 1970, John Kerry travels to Paris and illegally (violation of U.S. code 18 U.S.C. 953) negotiates with the enemy Viet Cong and Hanoi leadership. He accepts and returns with all their points - basically US capitulation. This law applys to all US citzens regardless of military status. http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/953.html
4) In July 1971, six members of VVAW conduct a month long speaking tour of the Soviet Union and then meet with the Communist Vietnamese in Paris
5) On June 16, 1971, the Communist Daily World newspaper quoted Kerry as planning a month long trip to South Vietnam. As a leader and spokesman affiliated with known anti-American groups, Kerry is quoted, endorsed, and photographed by several Communist and Socialist newspapers over a 2 year span. A useful tool.
6) August 1971, Joe Urgo one of John Kerry's VVAW Executive co-leaders travels to Communist North Vietnam and meets with the enemy leadership (Pham Van Dong). Urgo representing VVAW proposes that the VVAW make tapes to broadcast over Radio Hanoi to get US troops to desert and mutiny. What was Kerry's role?
*precedent- Tokyo Rose (Iva Toguri D'Aquino from Chicago) and Axis Sally (Mildred Elizabeth Sisk from Maine) both American citizens were tried and CONVICTED of treason for this.
7) November 1971, VVAW leadership meets in Kansas to discuss assassination of several US Senators John Kerry is THERE- the FBI can prove it and the others that were there don't deny Kerry was also there. Ann Barnes who worked for the VVAW remembers him there. Is this registering with anyone?
As late as April 22, 1972 (VVAW Rally in Bryant Park, NY) John Kerry is still the spokesman for VVAW. This is 5 months after the assassination plot which Kerry attended yet this future Presidential candidate never informs the police. This in itself is against the law.
8) April 18 1985, newly elected Senator Kerry and Tom Harkin travel to Nicaragua to negotiate with Communist dictator Daniel Ortega who is backed by $200 million dollars from the Soviet Union. Kerry adamantly opposes President Reagan and the prospect of free elections and a democracy there. As in the Vietnam war Kerry supports the communist negotiating points but thankfully he is not listened to and eventually Ortega falls when free elections are held. This is 15 years after Kerry's Paris treason- a pattern?
April 23 1985, Barry Goldwater chairman of the Senate Intel Committee, rebuked his colleagues and accused Kerry and Harkin of breaking the law and "transgressing" against the Constitution by holding unauthorized negotiations with a foreign leader. "I honestly think two members of our body are violating the [federal] code when they undertake to negotiate" and are "usurping a section of the Constitution"
9) Joe Bangert, one of John Kerry's testifiers at Winter Solder, who also traveled to Paris to meet with the Viet Cong, who also lived in Communist Vietnam for 5 years and in 1997 was one of 3 Americans honored in Hanoi at Ho Chi Mins birthday, campaigns for Kerry during the 2004 primaries and is photographed standing on stage right next to Sen. Kerry when he wins in New Hampshire.
10) The Communist party USA 2004 political platform is identical to John Kerry's despite their current backpedaling by stating that they do not endorse any candidate. In addition: a letter from a spokesman of the CPUSA in Georgia states: “The CPUSA supports the John Kerry campaign with donations and volunteer effort."
11) Kerry’s photo currently hangs in a war crimes museum in Ho Chi Min City. Kerry would be the only President with his picture in an enemy museum honoring those who helped the Communists defeat Americans. At least they are honest about who helped them.
All of this does not take into account John Kerry's biggest betrayal and unmatchable collaboration with our enemy and that is of course his fraudulent and deceptive 1971 testimony to our Senate and the world.
There is an extremely troubling pattern here that is unmatched by any Presidential candidate in history.
Are there any comments or is this just a bad post ? _________________ __________________________
