If the Bush campaign agrees, the last debate will be in St. Louis with a town hall format populated with "undecided" voters. Very soon a polling firm will start polling in the area to find those undecided voters to be selected for the audience.
If I lived in St. Louis and a poller called me in the near future, I would be sorely tempted to portray myself as "undecided". Wouldn't it be fun to ask candidate Kerry one of the questions that he sooo wants to dodge?
But that's just me.....
And if you are a DNC or Kerry campaign hack reading this, consider this: maybe I DO live in St. Louis and maybe I HAVE been called and maybe I already have my question ready like a Claymore mine waiting for candidate Kerry to stumble thru the trip wire. Just one more thing for you to sweat over. |

I wonder if there will be protestors at the debates too this year?
Things are very hot this time around and it would be really cool to see some Pro swift boat people there. _________________ Mad as Hell! |

That's why the Bush campaign has hesitated signing onto the Wash U debate - fear of Dem wing-nuts posing as independents or undecideds to stack the deck.
Whatever happened to boycotting CBS' man (Schieffer) as a debate moderator?
