Angry Veterans Demand Kerry Stop Exploiting Them
Thursday, June 3, 2004
http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/6/3/114333.shtml
Attempts by Sen. John Kerry to pander to Latinos and veterans have blown up in his face.
"Kerry's presidential campaign appears to have violated copyright laws by broadcasting several photos from the Caller-Times book 'South Texas Heroes,'" the Corpus Christi Caller-Times reported today.
"Two World War II veterans and relatives of four others say they want to know how photos of their relatives came to be included in the ad, and say the campaign could only have retrieved the photos from 'South Texas Heroes,' a book published by the Caller-Times last year."
.....

This is a huge issue when compared to Cheney sliding business to Halliburton, environmental policies being ignored, and alienation of the entire world.
Damn Kerry. You should be punished! |

This doesnt even come close to the debacle Bush caused by using images of bodies being removed from Ground Zero in his campaign ad. We saw how fast those ads got pulled. What a disgrace he is.

Like 8 years of clinton corruption, the Leftists in our country have to do a lot of ignoring, (such as the most recent law-breaking by the Kerry Kamp and their flaunting of copyright law). Only after they've made the conscious decision to ignore the law-breaking by Kerry, will they then attempt to change the subject.
It's all so 1993-2001. It's that same stench that Comrade clinton brought in.
Like I said before, this is all a battle of wits, and the Kerry Kamp is unarmed. |

This is the best criminal behavior you can come up with? Sheesh. Rank amateurs compared to Cheney. |

........
We ARE discussing the here and now. The point is the willful lack of adherence to the law by Kerry. |

Kerry-bot trolls are not interested in facts or laws.
This entire sorry episode is yet another in a long list of reasons to keep Kerry out of the White House. |

This is weak fellas. Kill this thread. Bush hires a civilian attorney to begin guarding against the Grand Jury and Cheney is hanging out in the wind with his Hallibuton emails, and you are squawking about this crap. |

LOL
"We" are not squawking about this "crap" - the families of the men whose photographs were illegally lifted from a published book are the ones who are complaining.
All this article does is point out the facts - which you have yet to refute. (That's because they cannot be refuted).
But as usual, the Phoney Kerry tries to paint a picture of something that doesn't exist, and he got caught at it, and you lamely try to change the topic by bringing in a few opinion pieces about Halliburton.
Hey - the last I checked, Halliburton was an American company. Who would you rather have in Iraq - a FRENCH company?
Face it - Kerry got caught doing wrong, and by using the photos from that book, he has insulted the men in the picture. Beyond being unethical, it's also ILLEGAL. |

Then sue him.
you are impossible. You know it is crap. As for the Halliburton thing, it is really about Cheney and his conflict of interest.
Let's see. Copyright violation - civil that will never be prosecuted. Conflict of Interest and Abuse of Office - Criminal and jailable.
I will stipulate to the copyright thing. I do not give a ****. There was no harm intended. |
