|

As repeatedly stated by obsequious John Kerry surrogates, the details of his military record are posted on his official campaign website. Of interest to me are the first and last entries. The other details Kerry wants us to know about are enshrined between these entries. Obvious ommissions come after the last entry. The Timeline can be examined at:
http://www.johnkerry.com/about/john_kerry/service_timeline.html
This timeline begins with Kerry's formal enlistment in the U.S. Navy on February 18, 1966 and his reporting for Active Duty on August 22, 1966. It ends with these two entries: "March 1, 1970 - Kerry’s date of separation from Active Duty" and "April 29, 1970 - Kerry listed as Registrant who has completed service". Although it clearly states the date of his formal enlistment, it neglects to state the date of his Discharge from the U.S. Navy. It's interesting to note Kerry's 1971 anti-war activities,e.g., Winter Soldier, Paris meetings with Viet Cong, medal-tossing, VVAW meetings in St. Louis and Kansas City, were all participated in while Kerry was still a member of the Navy and subject to the UCMJ, to say nothing of the U.S. Code and, of course, Article 3, Section 3 of the U.S.Constitution which prohibits all Americans from "giving aid and comfort to the enemy", an act of treason.
Is the omission of Kerry's date of Discharge from his officially published military timeline meant to obfuscate the record and gloss over the fact that he was involved in these activities while still a member of the U.S. Navy? Since there is no indication in his Timeline that he extended his enlistment, John Kerry should explain why his discharge took 6 years longer than the norm to obtain.
http://www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/Honorable_Discharge_From_Reserve.pdf
Kerry was a member of the U.S.Naval Reserve until his Discharge on February 18, 1978.
John Kerry's available record is public knowledge. The part that's not available could fill in the blanks, one of which might be, did he fulfill his Active Reserve requirements upon separation from Active Duty. These questions might be answered if and when John Kerry signs Form 180 to release the remaining portion of his military record, which he has thus far seen fit to omit from public scrutiny.
Kerry's activities while a member of the U.S. Naval Reserve appear to have been in direct violation of several prohibitions. While the action of George W Bush, i.e., missing a physical, was sanctioned, Kerry seems to have avoided any meaningful jeopardy for his activities, even though they appear to have been in repeated violation of standing orders. In fact, an investigation of his meetings in Paris with the Viet Cong might have resulted in a charge of treason, the ultimate penalty for which could be standing at attention in front of a firing squad. Obviously, disobedience of an order to report for a physical, which apparently resulted in the loss of pilot status, is trivial when compared to disobedience of standing orders to avoid giving "aid and comfort to an enemy" especially in wartime. Once again, Kerry apologists ignore the important question and attempt to obfuscate the real issue. Kerry should be encouraged to sign Form 180. What is he hiding?

Don't issues like the ones you raise, a part of the Judicial Watch complaint? If so, does anyone know how to get someone there to respond to questions? Best I can do is email Hannity asking if he can get some feedback. The Great One might be another possibilty.

WHAT, KERRY DISOBEYS AN ORDER??? Head to Kinko's...
Check it out:
1: Kerry at San Diego from 22 July 1968 to (?) of November 1968?
from FBI files on VVAW :
2. 10/27/1968 "C. James Boggio" "Having served as co-ordinator of (VVAW) for the past year...and participated in the Chicago Uprisings..." letter to (?) calls for meeting to "revigorate" VVAW on November 3, 1968.
Lists return address in LA "c/o Marcia Silverstein"
Hypothesis: Kerry involved from start? BEFORE Swift boat assignment, while he was at Swift Boat School? Is this why he was late reporting?
Maybe that was one reason he carried an 8mm camera, to record atrocities, but couldn't find any to record???
By the way, I've tried for info on whatshisname Boggio, and that Silverstein, but didn't come up with much so far...Only references I could find were in those FBI files, but I don't see too good no more.... _________________ MSM Lead Nov 3 2004 "Kerry Oval Office Hopes killed by 10,000 Mice..."
