FBI Doc. Dated Feb. 3, 1971
At the WSI second days conference on Feb 01, 1971. At the end of the day Mike McCuster made this announcment.

He said it is their hope the this close-down will continue until all the troops have been withdrawn. It was not clear whether he meant withdrawal of troops from Laos of from Vietnam. |
It may not be kerry making the statment but he sure was a big part of the WSI.

My memory is not the best, but I recall numerous disruptions on the West Coast docks. Was VVAW involved in this?

I haven't seen anything in the FBI files yet, but I'll keep my eye out for it.
