Just saw on Fox News that the AP is getting more documents via Court Order through the Freedom of Information Act.
Depserate times for Kerry and the AP if you ask me. Won't be shocked if they don't find anything new. |

the documents to be released are Bush's, not Kerry's. |

Sorry, that is what I ment.
Find it odd the AP has that much interest in just Bush's records. Then again, media tends to be bias. |

The funny thing is, Bush through executive order(instead of a 180) released his records a while ago. The Judge is just speeding the release up. Dear John...Sign the 180...

Why is this judge not asking for John Kerry's records to be released. |

Because the AP didn't petition for release of Kerry's records. What we are witnessing is probably the most biased media and judiciary in our country's history...and the most venal. Too bad it isn't working. (sarcasm) _________________ US Army Security Agency

Can the Swiftvets petition to have Kerry's records released under the FOIA? _________________ Nomorelies Make a donation HERE |

What we want is a Dear John letter saying either I'm "Leaving on a Jet Plane" or I'll sign the form to release my records. |

And their making a big deal out of this Umm... Hello guys all you have to do is request them. Actually I think they are just trying to make it look like they are "demanding" something "supposedly” unobtainable. But if we remember the Whitehouse had just announced they had found “more records” and were bringing them forward. So I guess someone in the Kerry campaign did a “Homer Simpson” Oh! Oh! Oh! NO! we found them first!

McClellan said yesterday more Guard docs were going to be released - they already beat the AP to the punch.

I thought that 'form 180' was to authorize release of
'pesonnel file type' records.
.
I guess that Pentagon could have lots of files
that are somehow related to Bush, that I supose
could be subject to the 'freedom of info act'.
.
Two different things, or not? |

As the pentagon replied, they will do yet another search and reveal any docs found. It does'nt mean any new documents will be found ... _________________ JJC

I thought I read last night (either on here or a link) that someone did sue for Kerry's doc.... but they still didn't get all because Kerry hasn't signed the 180 |
