Also need to add to Rassman's stories:

1. He sank to the bottom.
2. swam to the bottom, only coming up for quick gulps of air.
3. Sailor abord PCF-93 saw him "bobbing in the water" while PCF-93 was leaving the scene at full speed. Called for "man overboard."

In a eulogy by Kerry for Thomas Belodeau on Nov 10, 1997, Kerry states a mine exploded under his boat lifting it 2 feet in the air. It also states that Rassman fell off the boat when they made a sharp right turn. He asked to have eulogy entered in the Congressional Record on January 28, 1998
