I heard this on his radio show this morning, but I don't know where and when Kerry said this. I think it was probably in his sorry speech to the Guard Association yesterday.
Does anyone know when Kerry said this and where I can find the text of his speech to the Guard yesterday???

| Nope in was in a speech early this year, not yesterday. I suggest you google it. |

I have found it. He said it on Feb 3rd on Hannity and Colmes.
No wonder the Gaurdians gave him such a cold shoulder.. |
