All three Purple Heart Certificates are dated and signed June 4, 1985.

The docs on John Kerry's website are dated August 12, 1969.

Two different signatures and dates yet, the Navy did not release these 1969 docs. Maybe because they did not have them. Is it possible that the 1969 docs were made for the VVAW protests. All the VVAW protestors were told to bring proof of their service to show the media that they were decorated Veterans. Could John Kerry have asked for new certificates in 1985 and used all of the publicity as proof that he actually received them in 1969.

He will never sign form 180 because everything will collaspe. Wasn't it Michael Moore that said "The American People Are Stupid" and Stupid Kerry really believed him.

I know there is a lot of controversy over Lehman's signature on the Silver Star award, yet I see in these docs that he also signed a new Bronze Star on the 4th of Jun 1985. I never noticed that before when looking at the docs on Kerry's website. Also, the dates on the Purple Heart Certificates don't match the docs on Kerry's website at all. This is unbelievable. Wonder if SECNAV Lehman knew how many awards he was issuing to Kerry 15 years after the fact. I hope some of the more knowledgeable minds in the forum can explain these discrepancies and their significance, if any.

Could it be related to the fact that this was his first
year as a Senator in Massachussets? Maybe he
was starting to get his "dubious" military records
scrubbed sparkling clean for a future runs at the
Top Office. Remember EVERYTHING Kerry did
back then was to pad his resume.
