Current article on Foxnews site: "Kerry Visited Vietnam Peace Talks"
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,132799,00.html
Could this be a new approach where Kerry strategists easily guess what future ads from the Swifties will address then push out in advance stories giving the topic a favorable spin?
That way, any ensuing articles discussing a future ad also includes the smokescreen Kerry earlier laid down. Maybe I'm a little paranoid but they have to have a lot of folks brainstorming ways to blunt the Swifty attack. |

Major Garrett is a fair reporter.
I don't see this as a "pre-emptive countermeasures" move by the DNC. They do NOT want ANY attention on Kerry's criminal behavior AT ALL.
We've got 6 weeks until the general election. In that time, we have to educate the people on Kerry's willing participation and contribution to the anti-war movement, and his aiding and abetting with aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war, which had a SEVERE impact on not only the morale of the POWs and serving military, but very possibly lengthened the war and cost many more thousands of lives than if he'd kept his mouth shut and minded his own business.
And to tie that to TODAY, he is doing EXACTLY the same thing regarding the Iraq War and the War on Terror by giving the enemy hope that they can win, while demoralizing the troops and continuing his history of giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
This is NOT a man who should be running for President. It is a man who should be in prison. _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC
