The French still are upset about that business in Agincourt.

I'm exposed to French people on a regular basis and you might be surprised to learn that they can't stand Cirac. They say that the alternative to Cirac was 100% communist and he was the lesser of 2 evils. They say the country is being over run with Arabs. They are disgusted and distraut over the state of affairs in their country.

They are probably Franks, not French.
The FRANKS knew what to do about Islamofascists, and they did it at the Battle of Tours. _________________ --Bill

They are actually Italians which means I really didn't have a point after all, except to say that I have Italian relatives that live in Paris. LOL that does explain a lot now that I think about it. _________________ Deborah

From the Telegraph article: ' However, he reportedly also added that he had believed that the documents in question were genuine, and to have never suspected that they had been forged.' Did Dan RAthER report this story in the US? _________________ No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

In the run up to our taking down Saddam, there were a lot of French jokes making the rounds. The one quote I like the best was attributed to Norman Schwarzkopf. I don't know if he said it or not, but I like the truth in it.
"Going to war without the French with you is like going deer hunting without your accordion." |

God bless your daughter and son for making the ultimate sacrifice for our country and people. What a horrid thing for that French woman to say to your daughter. God help people like that. |
