Question: Was this phrase common back then?
Kerry has refered to reserve and guard service members being used now as a "back door draft".
After finally getting my own copy of the book I learned that Kerry "volunteered" for inactive duty. When he was activated did he feel that he'd been drafted, something he wanted to avoid? _________________ American Conservative |

His comments occured while he was in a "pariosomnic fit" so he
is not responsible, as for the "draft fear" he had that over the
problem between his ears. _________________ the strange mr aj |
