Probably that Lance Armstrong fundraising thingy. Couple people at work wear them.

My father in law has one and it says Armstrong on it.
It is for showing support for cancer. I believe Kerry had Prostrate cancer.

Kerry's ex, mother of his girls, has been having treatments, just got the good new she is cancer free
