Bill Burkett is now suing CBS over forgery-gate. This is great. They are turning on themselves now. This will distract from the Kerry Campaign for weeks.
It just doesn't get better than this.
BRAVO ZULU to all the guys and gals in the forged documents exposing group. |

I guess I'm confused... Is he suing them because they didn't prove he was a lying SOB before they spread his BS story to the world, or is it because they're now saying they were decieved by him when they knew damn well the memos were fakes before they broadcast it making him the only "bad guy"?

| I'd think he's suing because it seemed apparent that Dan and company were trying to dump it all on him, and at the same time feel that they're absolved of anymore responsibility or accountability. Maybe even the general public as a whole would be satisfied that the trail began with Burkett and ended with the duping of CBS. Of course, then they'd think they would get away without having to provide the rest of the trail which closes the link at the Kerry campaign and the DNC, who I have no doubt were ultimately responsible for RatherGate in the first place. James Carville and LockHart strike again... |

It just got better. CBS has been fined $550,000 for the Janet Jackson Super Bowl Halftime Striptease Show.
Couldn't have happened to a more deserving group of folks. (grin) |

What amazes me the most about this whole forged document deal is the fact that supposedly Dan Rather was "duped", but doesn't seem at all upset about it, almost like he wasn't "duped" at all, or possibly knew about it all along.
