It wasn't 30 minutes after Iyad Allawi finished his speech thanking the US for everything before John Kerry called him a liar.
Think about this- what do England, Italy, Poland and Iraq have in common among other countries?
Answer- these are the allies who stand by the side of the US.
They are also the countries John Kerry craps on.
What do france, russia and germany have in common?
Answer- they are the countries who crap on the US. They are also the countries Kerry sucks up to.
It seems to me it ought to be the other way around.
What an a*****e. Sorry. there is just no other word for it. |

I thought improving international relations meant adding allies. Not getting rid of the ones you have so you can add new ones.
There is something seriously deranged about this. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."
well, when even the DNC can see it,,,,, then kerry is toast. |

Democrats moved quickly to fuel skepticism, denouncing Allawi's message in unusually pointed terms. While Kerry was relatively restrained in disputing Allawi's upbeat portrayal, some of his aides suggested that the Iraqi leader was simply doing the bidding of the Bush administration, which helped arrange his appointment in June. "The last thing you want to be seen as is a puppet of the United States, and you can almost see the hand underneath the shirt today moving the lips," said Joe Lockhart, a senior Kerry adviser.
And they say Bush is alienated allies.... |

There's what Kerry says, and there's what Kerry does. The great tragedy of this election is that many people listen to what he says instead of looking at what he does. |

Let's speculate for a minute that Kerry's (wholly unfounded) allegation that the reason why we have not received and are not receiving support from some countries because they just plain can't stand W is true, why would France or Germany or anyone else choose to stand beside us in a (perish the thought!!!) Kerry administration when the whole world now sees and hears the contempt he holds for those who ARE standing beside us now?--
Considering the adept way he seems to be going about foreign relations so far, it wouldn't be at all surpriseing to me if he was planning to appoint Ter-RAY-za to the diplomatic corps if he's elected--That way, multi-lingual as she is, she could insult our real friends and allies in their own languages--

One should really address the issue of insulting an Arab's honor. It's bad enough when Kerry insults those of a western culture. Not going to the talk personally, and then calling Allawi a liar (bad enough) and a "puppet" (far, far worse, rightly construed as being called a slave and supplicant, i.e., not a man), was the epitome of cultural insensitivity and callousness by "Mr. Nuance" Kerry and his minions.
Kerry the "coalition builder" has likely permanently alienated the Prime Minister of Iraq.

Outrageous comment and Lockhart just wishes he could pull the "lip strings" on Burkett. _________________ '58 Airedale HMR(L)-261 VMO-2 |

Got me thinking...so I whipped up a short Flash (swf file).
It's quite raw...just call it a "work-in-progress".

Actually...the kerry list of who can be our allies is determined by which languages he and theresa speak.
No speakie Polish...no ally
Speakie frenchie...yes ally
No speakie Iraqi...no ally
Okay...so now he's dissed our partner in the struggle...it won't be long before he starts claiming that our troops in Iraq are acting like Genghis Khan.
Leopards can't change their spots...and kerry can't change his nature either...he's unfit for command. _________________ kerry returned to the United States on July 22, 1971, held a press conference publicly calling on President Nixon... for the surrender of the United States to North Vietnam. |

So, if Kerry wins, he is going to be able to work side by side with Allawi until the Iraq elections? |

If Kerry wins, he would probably be inaugurated shortly before or after the Iraqi elections, meaning that Bush would worry about organizing them, and Kerry could cozy up to the winner, and not have to deal with Allawi...how shrewd of Kerry!
Then, Kerry would probably tell whoever wins the Iraqi elections that he should take complete charge of the country (Vietnamization in Iraq), Kerry would pull out all the troops, let Iraq slip into civil war, and congratulate himself for getting American troops out of the "quagmire" and avoiding further American deaths.
Somehow, this lying demagogue has to be stopped and kept out of the White House! Today's speech seemed particularly vicious against the President, and reminded me of what people were saying about Vietnam in the late 1960's. Kerry was REALLY SCARY today--even claiming that Bush would bring back the draft!!! Hopefully, people won't be fooled again...but does President Bush have what it takes to debate someone like this?

I could see kerry being in favor of putting "deposed" pres Saddam back in power.
Which is exactly why i never wanted him taken alive. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."

I think Bush will surprise a lot of people in the debates.
He'll be armed with Kerry's own words to counter every point Kerry tries to make.
He also has the confidence he needs in his own actions and his plans for the country.
I'm looking forward to the debates to totally unravel J F'n Kerry. _________________ America voted for solid LEADERSHIP and gave "W" a mandate to carry on.
