The data are very noisy, so this map should not be taken too seriously until October.

Nothing should be assumed until after Nov. 2nd ... maybe not until January.

Yep no assumptions now. The trends are very good but depending on the site you check the swings can be wild. On electoral-vote.com I've seen it swing from Bush up by 80 or so to Kerry ahead by 10 in one day. You can't trust the daily polls that come out past getting a general trend from them.

I think Kentucky is locked in because we are not getting any ads from either party. Smile

The LA times has in interactive electoral map, that you can change yourself..it is a riot..however, we all know that they are libs..take a look, not too good for Mr. Kerry..you have to register but it is fun to play with and maybe if we all change the country to red together...???? Just a thought..

www.latimes.com

Just remember, the polls are going to be up and down and all over the map until about 2 weeks before election. So, as stated here before, go to
www.realclearpolitics.com
they do an average..however, I think the polls are bit understated for Bush, we shall find out on election day, when ALL of us get at least 20 peeps to vote..deal? even if you are in a safe red state..vote, vote, and vote again.. Wink

I am getting a bit anxious..actually, I can not wait!!!! Are we all going to be here on Nov 2 helping each other find exit polls? I think so!!!!

Pasted this from the www.realclearpolitics.com site in PD's post. Thanks, PD.

I really need to see that Florida is showing some positive direction.
I am still concerned that the parents' of high schoolers and college age people will zero in on the draft lie and stop listening to anything else. I sent an Email and calls to the Republican Party here (national and state) and got 0 action or any response Shocked . ZIP!! Sad Sad So don't know what the story is. CTW
Well I tried to spread out and line up these numbers but could not get it to be applied within the paste/quote Confused

Never Ever Kerry

This is our time this is our day to reclaim America.

It is not enough we want to see the entire map in pollster red. Our great, great, great, great, great, great........... grand children will read in their history books how America was taken back from the socialists of our time.

I find it hard to believe that Louisiana is "weak Bush". Bush yard signs and bumper stickers outnumber Kerry signs about 10 to 1.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/Presidential_04/RCP_EC.html I find this site better for summarizing polls.

Bush is clearly doing very well...and you can see Kerry started to fall right about the time the Swift Vets informed the public about Kerrys actions. http://www.realclearpolitics.com/Presidential_04/chart3way.html

Swift Vets did not do anything besides inform....

We need to take Florida. If Florida is in our hands, President Bush will win big.

Sandy 12, you can believe it. All the President Bush's yard signs are shipped to the battleground states.

I am going to flip-flop in Vegas after the election. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Ha, Ha, Ha.

I would expect to seem some move toward each other again with the debates. Will be close but I think Bush will win the day!
