Has Kerry ever released his service records? I'm writing a letter to an editor and asking why he has not. Is this accurate?

Kerry has posted 167 documents from his service record on his site. (The last time I counted them.)

He has never signed the SF 180 which would allow an independent review of his service jacket.

Fortunately for us, his story is being pieced together from other sources, which do not include his service jacket.
