Steve Z just about has Kerry's plan for Iraq nailed, over on another thread
Posted: Sat Sep 25, 2004 1:46 am Post subject: Kerry and Iraqi elections
http://www2.swiftvets.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=10570
Quote: | If Kerry wins, he would probably be inaugurated shortly before or after the Iraqi elections, meaning that Bush would worry about organizing them, and Kerry could cozy up to the winner, and not have to deal with Allawi...how shrewd of Kerry!
Then, Kerry would probably tell whoever wins the Iraqi elections that he should take complete charge of the country (Vietnamization in Iraq), Kerry would pull out all the troops, let Iraq slip into civil war, and congratulate himself for getting American troops out of the "quagmire" and avoiding further American deaths. |
So here's Kerry's 9 Point Plan:
1. Beat Bush
2. Get inaugurated after Iraqi elections that Bush Administration organizes
3. Suck up to the winners of those elections
4. Turn Iraq over to winners with 2 conditions:
. . . A. Kick Halliburton out of Iraq
. . . B. Move in Colliers International to take over infrastructure
5. Call C. Stewart Forbes and have him add another room to the vault at the bank
6. Fly into Baghdad and visit with the winners. (Note to me: Don’t forget a shave and a haircut)
7. Recommend self for 4th purple heart due to razor nick in combat zone
8. Pull US troops out
9. Congratulate myself on ending the War |

Of course, all that depends on Step 1, "Beat Bush".
The SBVT have to ensure that never happens, so that Step 2 can be Kerry telling everyone to **** it in Nantucket.
Kerry seems very angry right now...especially his comments about "arrogant men sending others to die for them", and about "Allawi living in a fantasy land".
Might it be a good idea for an ad, saying something like, "John Kerry says we need more allies in the War on Terror. But when Iraqi Prime Minister Allawi publicly thanked America for deposing Saddam Hussein before Congress (play quote from Allawi), John Kerry was absent. Is this how John Kerry treats American allies?
After Allawi's speech, John Kerry responded (play quote about Allawi living in a fantasy land) Allawi lives in Iraq, and has to deal with frequent assassination attempts, while John Kerry has never been to Iraq. Can John Kerry really know more about Iraq than its prime minister?" _________________ The traitor will crater! |

I think Kerry's plan for Iraq is the same as his peace plan in Vietnam. It is illustrated in this photo:
It is called surrendering to the forces of evil. _________________ Whose side is John Kerry really on? Take this quiz and decide for yourself.
