Talk seems to be shifting from this, I mean Rather and CBS still seem to be in hot water, but the focus on the sources of the documents seems to be gone..

Here is what I wrote to CBS:

Since John Kerry's poll numbers have sunk once the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth started running their advertising, isn't their story an important enough campaign issue that CBS should examine to restore CBS's credibility? Why hasn't CBS done a story about this small group of veterans who are turning this Presidential Election on it's head?

If CBS can for weeks reference fraudulent documents in a partisan attack disquised as news, on the President of the United States in an election year, CBS can certainly do an objective, in depth story on the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth who have fought in an unpopular war and earned their first amendment rights, and who's effective campaign likely caused this partisan, reactive CBS smear on the President of the United States. Whatever happened to responsible opposing opinions?

CBS owes it to the American People to tell the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth's view of John Kerry.

An honest, objective examination of The Swiftboat Veterans issues with John Kerry might even resurrect Dan Rather's credibility. If this happens we all know Rather will be gritting his teeth like a child having to take bitter medicine. Open wide Dan!

The LAST people on the planet that the SBVT would want reporting on them is CBS.

Two reasons: 1) no one is watching; 2) no one believes them.

Joe Scarborough is doing his best to keep Rathergate from being swept under the rug with extensive coverage every night...more coming up on MSNBC shortly.
