What is note worthy is that the Islamofascists begin to decry the verdict, claiming it was "injust" (sic) because it was an "American verdict", and vowing to appeal.

(I suppose by American verdict they mean that it makes a modicum of sense.) But...

Aren't these men anxious to go to Paradise, where they will be rewarded as martyrs by Allah? Shouldn't they actually be thanking us for expediting the process?

Aren't they lovers of death, loving death as we love life, as al Zarqawi claimed in his special message to President Bush?

You mean these big, bad *Allahu Akbars* are really just scared little murderous thugs?

If Yemen is anything like Saudi (and I've been told it's in many ways even more tribal and traditional), they use a sword and it's pretty quick and clean.

At least they'll be goning to explain their crimes to Allah. If I understand correctly, the Koran says Allah takes a fairly dim view towards murder of innocents - even nonbelievers.
