If you DO decide to protest with pickets, be sure to get a parade permit, if required in your area. Check with the local police. They should be helpful.

And it will potentially save you some grief.

This might be one of those times where you would just be drawing attention to something that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Just my opinion.

this link should provide hours of fun for the Photoshop gurus...

http://www.goingupriver.com/downloads.html

I don't which I like better, the photo of Kerry in a leather aviator's jacket when he never flew, or the third one down, which shows his award citations behind him on the wall...

"I was for my awards before I threw some other guys away..."
"I was against the veterans, until it cost me my first political race..."

or is there some subtle nuance in there that I missed about how the winter soldier "hearings" were really a protest about the tax code at the time?

Have you all compared that movie trailer to the latest Swift Boat /Pow ad? In my opinion, those ladies had more sincerity and class than John Kerry could ever have.

I read the bios of the people shown in Kerry's show and thought it was interesting that several had been his chums since Yale days. Doesn't he have any new friends?

Kerry *LIVES* for the past. His "glory days" of being a rabid anti-military radical.

He's just looking for a more powerful position to further his leftist agenda, so he can relive the days when Communism and leftists ruled most of the planet.

Anyone who WANTS to enlist the aid of the socialist French and the equally socialist Germans to support his cause in Iraq (which is to pull out and create a power vacuum which the Russians and French will be more than glad to exploit, considering Iraq is sitting on the third largest oil reserves on the planet).

No Kerry's plans are MUCH bigger (and MUCH more *secret*) than most people realize.

And there is NOTHING in his past to deny the assertions I've just made. Nothing at all.

I agree that picketing may stop some people from seeing this propoganda documentary but think that most people who are flocking to see it are Kerry and Bush haters...

As others have said picketing may bring more publicity and have an adverse effect....

Another issue is that these movie theatres should be pressured into showing "Stolen Honor" and if they refuse a political issue should be made to show the public the bias against the POWs in "Stolen Honor"...

I did watch George Butler with Tina Brown on CNN last night and then became aware of this documentary. Fortunately Brown's program has a dismal rating and her agenda is to destory Bush at any cost, often she will have one Bush supporter respond to a gang of Bush haters - no balance here..

The list of interview subjects in the documentary are interesting... one Yale roomate and Vietnam Veteran now president of Beacon Financial Services;
Harvey Bundy Yale roommate who "influences" Kerry to join the Navy but he himself never serves - I wonder if he helped Kerry plot the short term military carrer???; Joe Klein Time magazine writer who is a Bush hater; Vietnam Veterans who supposedly support Kerry's stories in combat..

Another issue is to compare the distribution and publicity HELP Kerry receives in making the public aware of this documentary VERSUS "Stolen Honor" .
