I assume Kerry is talking about Roadside Explosive Devices, since when are they WMD's? If I am wrong correct me.

When I heard Kerry say this, I assumed he was talking about the terrorists crossing the border. In any event, it was a typical inane comment by Mr. Zero.

Thanks for the help. Okay, he must have meant to say terrorists and of course that makes more sense. This guy is so hard for me to understand.
