And Turned it into this Weapon of Mass Distribution
Inside the zip file you will find the following, mediacontacts.pst, a readme.txt and another zip file named CSV Files.zip
Make sure you print out the readme.txt file before trying to import this .pst file
Basically what I did was create a series of contact lists one for each media out in the above list, i.e. ABC News has all of the listed ABC News reporters and on down the line. All of the information on each individual has been input so the list is not only great for emailing but also paper mail campaigns i.e. printing envelopes ect.
Also in the main “Media Contacts” contact list I created individual distribution lists for each media outlet, so lets say you have something to send to … oh CBS you can just use the CBS distribution list and everyone in that list gets the email.
Now here’s the one you’ll all love 
As you will see the very first distribution list is titled ”1 – The Big Kahuna”! You’ve got it folks using that one emails EVERYBODY in the database! 
But wait! There’s more!
Now for those that don’t use MS Outlook or another program that can import a .pst file don’t feel left out also included is that CSV File.zip which is each media contact subfolder exported in windows CSV format

Update so far the email blast I sent out has had none come back. Durring that time I've removed the list from MS Outlook and then reimported it back in. I did have one kind of strange thing happen. All though everything was there distribution lists and all, when I did a properties on any one distribution list it showed that it was empty lol and I had to repopulate them. Not a big deal only took a few minutes, but it was wierd none the less.
Keep reporting back if anything else turns up. The Idea is to make it easy to get the mail out
