Edwards says he and JFnK are going to "allow" this, that and everything else. Guess they forgot about Congress? Most of this stuff has to get through the House and Senate before the President can sign anything. Or?? He's continuing the old, long-time Dim philosophy of promise them anything and everything. You'd think people would have them figured out by now.
